150426-exercis.jpeg
Denise Medved is the founder and creator of a program that takes Alzheimer’s patients through vigorous, spirited exercise routines. She calls her program, "Ageless Grace". (Video)

Creator & founder of Ageless Grace® Denise Medved explains how the simple tools and movements of the program addresses primary aging factors in the body, as well as five tasks of the brain – analytical thinking; strategic planning; memory recall; creativity/imagination; and kinesthetic learning. These goals are accomplished through neuroplasticity – the ability of the brain and nervous system to change structure and function, she says.
